Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System provides the flexibility and convenience to lift heavy-duty vehicles up to 49,200kg with varied axle or wheelbase lengths.

Through Kernel® safety stands, the vehicle can be set down and the mobile columns can be used for another vehicle. In the case the mobile columns are not used, they can be put away so that the working area can be spared.
Powerful and Reliable Hydraulic Lifting System
Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System uses a hydraulic lifting system. It offers many advantages over the traditional mechanical mobile column lifts.
The hydraulic lifting system contains of a minimum of moving parts. One important advantage is the absence of parts sensitive to wear such as spindles, nuts or chains which are the designed features requiring regular maintenance of mechanical lifts. This results in an exceptionally low maintenance interval, means a lower overall cost of ownership and a very long service life.
Complete Product Range
Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System develops a complete product range. We offer AC type with cable, DC type with communication cable reels and wireless DC type. A remote controller with 5 meters long-cable is optional. Each type both has the lifting capacity of 7,500kg per column and 8,200kg per column. The total capacity of Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System rating from 30,000kg (KP-75A/B/W4) up to 49,200kg (KP-90A/B/W6).
Most Reliable Control & Operation System
The world famous and most reliable communication system which widely used in engineering, SIEMENS® PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with LCD display and Electro-Optical Absolute Encoder make Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System a most reliable operation and control system.
- Real Time Diagnostic Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System supervises operation condition automatically and continually. If a system error is detected, the fault message will display on the LCD screen of the main control box. This allows the operator and service coordinator to take appropriate action. If critical faults are detected, all operation functions will be disabled until the affected condition is corrected;
- Unique Hydraulic Synchronization System The synchronization system starts to work at a height difference of just 20 mm and keeps the height difference within 50 mm. This ensures a safe and smooth lifting & lowering movement cycle, even in the event of an extremely uneven load distribution of the vehicle on each column;
- Initial Lifting Height Programmable The initial lifting height of each column can be programmed to fit the different ground situation or vehicle wheel condition. The system ensures the lifting & lowering movement cycle smoothly and safely in spite of the different initial lifting height between columns.
- Automatic Data Saving The control system saves the operation data automatically. In the case of power supply failure, the operation data won’t be lost.
- Easily Upgrade System The control program of Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System can be easily installed, upgrade and maintenance by the manufacturer.

User-Friendly LCD Display Screen with Keyboard
SIEMENS® LCD screen with keyboard on the main control box provides essential information and allows operator to setup certain configurations.
- Real time operation data: active columns within the lift set, lifting height of all columns, active operation mode, and numbers of lifting cycle …etc.
- Data for setup: initial lifting height, operating mode, max-height of lifting, language choice, operating measuring system choice …etc.
Main Control Box and Secondary Control Box
Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System use one column as the master column with the main control box attached and the rest as slave columns for single column with secondary control box. The entire lifting system is controlled by the master column. Operator can supervise the lifting situation and setup on the main control box. All the control boxes equipped with operation buttons (UP button, DOWN button, PARK button and Emergency Stop button). There is a socket for remote controller on each column.
Operation Button Function
Operator can operate Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System at any columns or on remote controller. The operation buttons have the “press active, release stop” function.
“Only One Operator” Function
The operation buttons have the “first one exclusive, prevent to cause disturbance” function. It means except the Emergency Stop button, Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System regards the first one who presses the button as its only operator. Other button pressed by other person is regarded as a disturbance and the buttons on the relevant control box will shut down temporarily.
The Emergency Stop System
Every column, include the remote controller, equipped with an Emergency Stop button. If an emergency occurs, or there is a need to stop the lift, the operator just press down the nearest Emergency Stop button, the lifting system will stop immediately regardless of any operation mode.
Vibration Release Time
By the end of the each button released, Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System has 2 seconds delay of vibration release time, to prevent the vibration caused by the vehicle cease movement. It means that all the operation buttons (UP button, DOWN button, PARK button) are out of function during this period of time.
Variable Height Limit Setting for Specific Service Requirements
Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System allows the operator to set the lifting max-height in the event overhead obstructions hinder full rise or when specific vehicle service requires specific rise heights. Once the lift reaches the preset max-height, the lift will stop automatically and prevent any further rise sequence.
Several Operating Modes Available
Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System provides three operating modes by selecting on the master control box.
- Simultaneous operation of all columns;
- Simultaneous operation of one pair of columns;
- Single operation of each column
Ample Column to Vehicle Clearance
The clearance between column and the vehicle is 330 mm, therefore avoiding the columns contacting the vehicle’s side in the case of a flat tire or air suspension failure.
Safe to Lift Super Single Tires
The standard length of the lifting fork is 454 mm. This accommodates proper lifting of vehicle with super single tires.
Adjustable Wheel Forks with Safety Lock
Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System equips with adjustable lifting wheel forks. It’s possible to lift up a wide range of different tire sizes without adapters. The adjustable wheel forks are secured with bolt and clamp.
Easy Movability
Through the hydraulic pallet truck mechanism with spring bushed front wheels and 180-degree handle device, the columns can be raised off the floor in seconds and be moved easily in compact areas. Once the column is positioned, by releasing the handle, the convenient spring-loaded handle returns to the down position automatically and the column is ready for lifting.
Forklift Adapters
With a set of forklift adapter (Operational), Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System allows a forklift to be lifted safely using just two columns.
Forklift Transportation Adapters
Two forklift brackets are equipped on each column for easy forklift work to load into and unload out of container as well as ground transportation.
Remote Controller
The remote controller can be connected on any columns within Kernel® Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System and allows the operator to control the system from optimum location. Up and Down button, Park button and Emergency Stop button are all supplied on remote control with 5M cable.

Deep Cycle Batteries
Kernel® wireless DC type Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System (KP-75W/KP-90W) equipped with two long-life deep cycle batteries in combination with an onboard charger on each column.
A fully charged battery can lift a vehicle at full capacity for up to 15 cycles. The batteries can then be charged overnight via a wide voltage of 95 ~ 265 V AC without supervisor. A short time charge of 30 minutes can make one lifting cycle for emergency use.
The batteries have approximately a 2 year lifetime and maintenance free.
Reliability under Any Condition
Kernel® wireless DC type Hydraulic Mobile Column Lift System (KP-75W/KP-90W) equipped with back-up communication cables that can be used in place of the wireless system. By sliding the switch in each column, the wireless type can be easily converted to cabled type.

Highest Safety Requirements
- The hydraulic cylinders in the columns are self lubricating, equipped with safety valve prevent overloading and in case of hydraulic pipe fracture;
- Independent mechanical locking system engages at 150 mm above floor lever. Lock pawl engaged by gravity and the locking system is always active, even when the column is turned off.
- Locking profile with locking increments of 50 mm.
